Great idea! The Windows 10 Mobile Action Centre should include a Flashlight toggle

While some of the things we demand from an OS upgrade may be difficult for Microsoft to deliver on, such as USB host, sometimes they are so stupidly simply one wonders why Microsoft has not done it already.
Anubis4574 on Reddit had a rather great idea for the next major version of Windows Phone that should not take Microsoft a huge team to implement, and would likely be one of the most used features of the new OS.
He writes:
[Suggestion] Flashlight should be an Action Center toggle
There’s no need for 3rd party apps for such a simple task as turning on or off a simple piece hardware. It should’ve been a no-brainer for MS just like the Cellular Data toggle.
Now of course Microsoft could be accused of copying Apple, but who has a flashlight toggle in their own quick action centre for a few years now, but that is no reason not to implement a good idea. Microsoft would of course limit the amount of time the bulb is on automatically to protect it, but given that they make the hardware in 95% of cases, they would know what the limits of the LED lights are.
Do our readers agree this is a good idea which Microsoft should implement? If so you may want to add your vote to this User Voice submission here.
