
The Windows 10 Mobile Technical Preview has been rolling out over the last 2 days to only a few handsets, with limited features and language support, much like the Windows 10 Technical Preview, which started many months ago in September 2014, and which only recently received Cortana support.
Many Windows Phone users have been upset by the limited release, after Microsoft raised hopes on the 21st January of a wide and full featured roll-out.
Now Joe Belfiore has raised the question of fast and limited roll-outs or late and more wider and complete ones.

Personally I think much of the issues were due to poor communication and raising and then dashing expectations. Either way however, which one would our readers prefer?
