Winbeta.org reports that a new firmware update is available for the BLU Win HD which promises to fix scrolling issues with the touch screen of that handset.
The update can be accessed by going to Settings Phone Update and tapping Check for Phone Updates.
For those on the Preview for Developers it is recommended that you disable it using the Preview for Developers app to allow the update to show up.
